It is great for high handicappers and anyone who struggles with finding the fairway.The FT-IQ does everything I need it to do and more. I started with the 11* non tour model and was very pleased. I then bought the 9.5* Tour head and was even more impressed. Even with the 0.5* open face I rarely find myself slicing the ball. If you’re looking for something that will help to fix a slice then this club will help.Amazing golf tool – I’ve now got lengths I had never dreamed of. This is by fare the best buy I have ever done. The sound is a bit strange compared to my previous driver and at first I found the shape a bit disturbing – but it keeps its promise – straight and long – so who cares about looks and sound. I have been playing the FT-i for a couple of years; I tried FT-IQ the other day. After a few trips to the range and a round of golf, it would appear this is a better club in every way over the FT-i. The sound is far better; much more like a normal titanium faced club and much less clang. It is at least as straight as its predecessor and much longer. The ball flight is lower and more penetrating (a huge bonus in Texas winds) and on average I hit it about 20-25 yards longer. All in all, Callaway took a good club and improved it in every way.That is definitely the straightest driver I put my hands on and one of the longest as well; but definitely it is more straighter than longer.The sound also is very satisfying unlike the hollow, tinny sound I was used with the other FT’s I owned. I can honestly say this is the best I have ever used. Great work Callaway!This driver is incredible. It excels at hitting the ball straight as an arrow with piercing flight. I used it for the first time on the course and it was very forgiving. Swinging it feels really good and at address it looks easy to hit.
