Will it be the R11 DEEP or perhaps an R11 Max this year dedicated to the Japanese Market?
Top2: Ping G15 Irons
Like its predecessor, the G15 is an oversized iron designed for players seeking maximum forgiveness. However, several changes have been made which PING believes should make the club even more forgiving.
The epicenter of the G15′s technological advances is the new Custom Tuning Port (“CTP”). While the G10 had a CTP, PING engineers reshaped and repositioned the CTP to save seven grams. The weight savings of a thinner face allowed the engineers move weight to the perimeter – particularly the toe – to improve forgiveness for off-center hits as well as increase MOI. PING believes that these changes provide the proper structure and support to ensure distance control and solid feel.
Top3: Ping Rapture V2 Irons
The Ping Rapture irons have been an incredible success story in the super game improvement iron category for a couple years now. For 2009, Ping outdid themselves with the new Rapture V2 irons. Building on the solid foundation of the original Rapture irons, the V2s offer even more forgiveness and feel in a smart looking package.
The Ping Rapture V2 irons leverage the multi-metal technology to not only launch the ball longer, but also higher and with more accuracy. Now you can hit those soaring iron approach shots that go high and long and yet land softly on the green. If you are sick of missing greens or facing those monster birdie putts, the Rapture V2 irons will quickly solve that problem.
The above are ready at at golfshopshopping.com,which I visit frequently when I decide to buy a new golf club or find a best golf club. For me, it is both cheap and worthy.

Cure A Hook In Golf – Here Is How
Posted by: | CommentsCure A Hook In Golf – Here Is How
Article by Philip Woodrow
If you are wondering how to cure a hook in golf , read on. If you are unlucky enough to be suffering from a hook in golf you might be wondering if you will ever stop hooking the ball. Like any other golf fault, once you start hooking, you invariably continue until the cure is found.
Sadly, there is no quick cure for a hook in golf, as this golf fault can be located in different parts of the setup and swing. So, find the cause and you get rid of the golf hook.
What Is Causing Me To Hook The Ball?
The cause could be in the setup or the swing. Let me give you some examples. If you aim is to the right of the target, the ball is too far towards the middle of your stance, and the grip is too tight. All of these together, or in various combinations contribute to a hook in golf.
What is happening is you are causing the golf ball to spin from right to left. If you think about how this comes about, it is because you are swinging from too far inside the line of flight. Once you are on this swing path, the club is taken out too far away from the target after impact, instead of in line with it. This is what causes the spin on the ball.
If you add to this mix a strong grip, and a closed club face at impact, you have a hook in golf.
Show Me How To Cure A Hook In Golf .
The best way to eradicate the golfers hook is to understand how the hook happens, and then simple to play the ball square to the target. In practice, that means adopting a square stance, with the feet in line with the intended direction of the shot, and using the correct grip.
All you need do is swing the club in line with the target, and follow through straight at the target after impact. By making these simple adjustments to your golf swing you will be well on the way to cure a hook in golf .

Are Longest Golf Drive Radar Machines Accurate?
Posted by: | CommentsOkay I have a question for all you golfers out their that play all the time. Okay I was at a golf show that they bring once a year to the city I live in. They sell stuff used and new. They have golf contest like longest putt, longest drive, and so forth. Anyways I was siked to do the longest drive contest because I can hit pretty good ball. I hit usually always over 300+ on the driving ranges. I am around 6’0 foot tall. I workout for hockey season all year round lifting weights. I have very athletic body built with alot of flexibility. I have very fast club head speed and am very flexible then most people are. Now I know that all that stuff doesn’t really matter in golf because their is guys out of shape and the age of 65 that can play golf well because of their knowledge but I know for a fact that I got a hell of a swing when it comes to driving the ball or doing a massive slap shot. I can just generally swing harder then most people can. So what I did was before i went to enter the contest I demo some clubs to warm up. I was hitting and feeling great. I felt ready for contest now so I went up to sign up and I am watching the other guys hitting the balls. Their was really fat dudes with mediocre swing speed hitting it 320+. I am thinking what the hell. Those guys making it look so easy their not even swinging that fast nor their posture doesn’t looks that good ether yet their getting 320+ off the machine. Then I got my balls and I picked out the lowest degree and stiffest driver I could get my hands. I went to the tee and warmed up some before I hit my 6 balls. As i was warming up I could tell no one has my powerful like swing I could produce. I was watching the others getting 300 even at least. So begin to take my first shot. I hit the ball hard but not the hardest just to feel out the driver first. I step back to see what radar machine says the shot is. It says 277….. So I am like okay hmm…. Now I am gonna jack the ball this time. I flex as perfect and as far as I could with perfect form and usually very similar style to tiger woods come through on the drive. I hit the ball with perfect contact and came through then check the score and guess what it said…. I got a 230….????. So I begin to laugh and I am thinking is this machine broken or am I swinging so hard that the machine can’t pick up my club speed on contact with the ball. Then I took another swing exactly the same. It says 230 something again. I was clueless sitting their with my last 3 balls trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Their is people hitting next to me that no way in their life could they out drive me on real driving range beating me right now on this machine. Then their was people behind me watching me thinking same thing I was. Maybe the machine isn’t picking up my shots because I am swinging so fast. Some people were saying try to swing normal speed shoot and see what it detects. So I ran out of ideas and took the person advice and it said basically the score as before. Then I stop to look at other golfers and to truly see how the hell are they getting 300+ on these machines. Their was a guy had to look like he was 70 years old. I shit you not the machine was saying 290 on his drives and he had the form of a old Arny Palmer with a half swing. After I was done, I went up to one of the guys that were working in that section. I said what is with these machines while I was laughing and feeling clueless at same time. He then tells me. Their no way how nice you hit the golf ball on the driving range or how fast your club speed can go unless you hit dead on with the sweet spot of the driver. Then that made so much sense to me because alot my shots were half way in the sweet spot. But still I could hit a off shoot and make it go 280 yards easy on a driving range. Hell I could hit my dam 5 iron 200+ years hahah and the machine saying my drives are 220-230 please……
Well if you guys read this and reply to me I would love to hear your response on these radar machines. I am really clueless to understand how these things work. Because I can bet my life on it I drive a ball much further then 230 yards hahahah. Sorry about the grammar I am really lazy right now.
I think you guys need to come to a driving range with me haha. I put them in woods with ease. I am just being honest. If I were on a course I could put ball honestly 295 in air and with roll move way pass 300+. I just can drive real far if I want to. But like what the first person said. It’s only testing your ball spin. I am sure their is a way to cheat the machine and just put on alot of spin. Their was a guy like I said that look older then dirt, I mean guy look like he was gonna fall over and die right their hitting it 290 on the machine and I don’t think the guy could hit 200 on a normal course let alone 290. The machines are just another faulty thing that is invented into golf like the training clubs and all the other bs. It would be like if Alex Rodriguez went to try a long drive contest and I think with his built he should at least put up 270 easy. I mean its pretty common sense when your athletically build you have option of getting to 300.
Really I don’t find it anything brag over getting 300. A nerd could get 300 maybe. Just technique but if I am getting 220 on a machine where I can get that with a friggin iron then i know that’s wrong. I mean shit if I am getting 220. Most people should be getting 200 on radar hahaha. I love to see how comparison to everyone’s score would be on a real range. Willing to bet it would be ALOT different.
