Earlier, speculations were rife that owing to heavy rainfall, the tournament would be cancelled. So the 6th annual Polar Bear Golf Tournament will take place at the Indian Hills Golf Course at the Murfreesboro Noon Exchange Club on Saturday, 22 January, 2011.

Players during the 6th annual Polar Bear Golf Tournament would use colored golf balls, and there’s no penalty for balls getting lost in the snow. According to the schedule, the participants will start checking-in at 8:30 am, but the contest will officially kick off at 10 am.

And, a fee will be charged from each player, which will include breakfast, lunch, coffee, hot chocolate, range ball, cart rental, green fees and goodie bags. Moreover, a maximum of 144 players will be allowed to play in groups of four and all the participants will have to register in advance.
